My stay at Hotel Klassic Gold was disappointing. While the location was prime with lots of good restaurants nearby, the hotel itself felt outdated and poorly maintained. The breakfast was particularly lackluster, and I struggled with some noisy facilities throughout my visit.
The room was clean but old and lacked modern facilities. I also had issues with the air-conditioner, which was noisy and inadequate.
The staff were cooperative, which was a positive aspect. However, I felt the service could have been more attentive.
The location is definitely a highlight, being in a bustling area with various dining options close by. This made up a little for the hotel's shortcomings.
Dining was a compromise. The breakfast was the worst I've had in any hotel.
Facilities were lacking. The bathroom was quite bad, and there were issues like no stopper and some maintenance problems.
